Standard Delivery

Items are dispatched by our team Monday to Friday and we aim to dispatch items the working day following the order being placed. Orders received on Friday after 12 noon will not be dispatched until the following Monday (not including Bank Holiday Mondays where the item will be dispatched Tuesday).

You should receive your order between 3 and 5 working days from ordering depending on when you placed your order. See ‘When will my order be dispatched’ for when we aim to dispatch items.

Royal Mail do not operate on bank holidays; religious holidays and national holidays so please take this into account when calculating when to expect delivery.

£1.00 For items weighing up to 100g

£3.49 for items weighing up to 3kg or free on orders over £75

£6.49 for items weighing between 3kg and 30kg or free on orders over £75

£POA for bulky items arriving on a pallet – please contact our online sales team

Free delivery will be automatically applied at check out on orders over £75.

However this offer excludes the following:

  • combined orders weighing over 30kg (some excemptions apply).
  • courier and pallet deliveries to the Highlands and Islands and Offshore UK

In order to dispatch to separate address you need to raise separate orders and separate deliverer charges will be applied to each address

If goods are out of stock and/or unavailable, and/or listed incorrectly, Homeleigh Garden Centre Ltd reserves the right to refuse the sale and will offer the customer a full refund.

If a delivery is refused and returned back to us, a re-delivery charge will need to be paid to re-arrange the delivery

Our couriers will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times (except for large items delivered on a pallet – see above)

If unsuccessful, your order will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will need to be paid to re-arrange the new delivery

Some postal codes in: Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man & Scilly Isles may incur an extra Delivery Charge and possibly an extended delivery time (up to 2-5 working days).

Any additional charges will show at check out when you enter your postcode. These extra delivery charges have been added from the delivery company to us, and with regret we are unable to waiver these extra charges on your behalf.

Express Delivery

Orders received up to 12 noon will be dispatched the same day for those products that sit in stock in our warehouse, so that you should receive your goods the following day. Therefore orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched the following day
