Oversized / Heavy Deliveries Information

Prices and delivery times for heavy deliveries can be found above.

If you are ordering a large item weighing over 30kg then this will more than likely be delivered on a pallet, this is to ensure that your order arrives to you in perfect condition. Unfortunately the delivery company will be unable to remove items from the pallet or take the pallet away with them. The pallet will be delivered curb side so please ensure you have the ability to transport the item into the required premises. The delivery company will require a telephone number in order to arrange a suitable time for delivery. Please provide your contact number when processing your order.

PLEASE NOTE: Pallet Deliveries cannot be made:

  • On to soft ground such as grass, gravel, or soil.
  • To a premises where it is illegal for a lorry to park or offload.
  • Where the surface of the access road is very unstable, soft or muddy.
  • Where the access road is on a steep incline.
  • Where the access road does not provide 10 feet (3.05m) width clearance and 14 feet (4.27m) vertical clearance.
  • Pallet Dimensions – 1.2m x 1m
  • To Postcodes starting AB, BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, KY, PA 20+, PH, PO 30-41, ZE

No deliveries will be made on Bank/ Public Holidays.

 

Tracking

Tracking is provided on all orders with Standard or Express delivery. Standard delivery can be tracked on Royal Mail’s track and trace website. Express deliveries can be tracked via DPD tracking.

 

Direct Deliveries

Some oversized & heavy items are delivered direct from suppliers. This will be stated on the product listing.

For Specific Ranges:

  • Keter Sheds approx 2 weeks for delivery and the delivery company will be in contact to arrange a delivery date
  • Juwel Tanks and Juwel Tanks and Combinations they will be dispatched with 3 – 5 days and the pallet delivery company will contact you to arrange a delivery time.
  • Large Aqua One Aquariums will be dispatched with 3 – 5 days and the pallet delivery company will contact you to arrange a delivery time.

Some delivery locations are excluded.
No deliveries will be made on Bank/ Public Holidays.

 

DELIVERY FAQs

Q: CAN MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

In order to dispatch to separate address you need to raise separate orders and separate delivery charges will be applied to each address

Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I REJECT DELIVERY?

If a delivery is refused and returned back to us then the order will be refunded minus any delivery charges.

Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS DELIVERY?

One delivery attempt will be made for made for Small Parcel and Standard deliveries.
A card will be left to allow for a collection at the local delivery depot or a information will be provided for re-delivery.
One or two attempts will be made for Express orders. A card will be left to allow for a collection at the local delivery depot or a link will be provided for re-delivery.
Some orders may be left with a neighbour. I you do not wish your order to be delivered to a neighbour
then state this in the delivery notes section when placing your order.

Q: CAN MY ORDER BE LEFT IN A SAFE PLACE?

Standard and Express orders can have the option to be left in a safe place.
Please include details in the delivery notes when placing your order.
Buyer assumes responsibility for the suitability of the safe place.

Q: DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF THE UK?

At present we do not deliver items outside of the UK.

All value, small parcel & standard deliveries can be delivered Monday – Saturday. All express and heavy orders can only be delivered on Weekdays (some exemptions apply).
