Am I eligible?

To qualify for finance you must meet all the following criteria:

  1. Aged 18 and over
  2. Have a bank account which allows direct debits
  3. A UK resident with at least 3 years of continual address history (ID also required during application)
  4. Currently in full time employment work and earning more than £10,000 per year, unless you are retired or live in a house with a spouse in full time employment
  5. Goods must delivered to your home address or pick up from our Store

All products which are sold at Homeleigh Launceston are available to be Financed and can be across different departments (exclusions are just Homeleigh Hair & Beauty), but need to be made in the same transactions for Finance to be applicable. Please refer to minimum spend requirements.

Finance options start from a spend of £300

When financing between £300 and £500, the monthly repayments are made over 6 months.

If you finance more than £500, the monthly repayments are made over 12 months.

Homeleigh Garden Centre Ltd acts as a credit broker (not a lender) and offers credit products provided exclusively by Klarna AB Bank, previously this was  Close Brothers Retail Finance but they acquired by Klarna on 21st January 2019.

Finance is only available to permanent UK residents aged between 18-75, subject to status, terms and conditions apply.

Applications are made over the phone. One of our trained staff members will talk you through the process and will let you know what information is needed. The process should only take 10 minutes

All monthly payments are paid by direct debit from the applicant’s bank account.

Usually the 1st payment will be due on or around one month after the date of the finance agreement being put in place and all subsequent monthly payments will be due every month for the length of your term on that same day every month. Please have sufficient funds in place for 7 days either side of your expected 1st payment. We cannot legislate for any changes due to weekends/bank holidays.

All customers have a right to withdraw from the credit agreement. You will need to inform Klarna of your intention to withdraw within 14 days from the day after the day on which you receive the welcome pack. Contact Klarna directly on 0333 321 6080. Klarna will require you to repay the outstanding balance of the loan plus any applicable interest.
