The Greys QRS Cassette Fly Reelis is supplied with light and robust polycarbonate spool cassettes that have been paired with light yet strong aluminium alloy for an overall excellent power-to-weight ratio. The large arbor of the supplied cassettes brings several benefits. More backing can be loaded onto the spool and each turn of the crank results in better line retrieval rates, which is great for targeting hard-fighting fish which tend to take a lot of line. When applying the drag system against big fish, the larger arbor means consistent drag regardless of how much line has been drawn out. The complex drag system uses Rulon, a material related to Teflon, which is smooth in action and hardwearing, too. By far the most useful aspect of this reel is the Quad Rating System.
