The Gourmet System takes barbecuing to another level.
The cast iron griddle works in conjunction with Weber's gourmet BBQ system to provide an extra cooking
dimension and the enamel coating makes it very durable and easy to clean with handles either side for easy
removal and replacement.
Can even be placed directly on the cooking grates of other gas & charcoal barbecues
The porcelain-enamelled cast-iron griddle holds smaller food items, expanding your cooking options.
It is designed to be used with the hinged grate in 57cm Weber charcoal barbecues.
The hinged grate is available separately & has a 30cm insert which can be used for traditional barbecuing or
removed to add more charcoal or to drop in the griddle.
Porcelain enamelled, cast iron retains heat and delivers professional searing and seals in moisture and flavour.
Porcelain enamel finish prevents sticking and allows for easy clean-up.
Non-stick Coating.

Express shipping: covers all of UK but additional shipping costs and delivery times apply to shipments made to Highlands and Islands, NI and offshore UK.

Delivery Time
Items are dispatched Monday to Friday and usually dispatched the day following the order.
Orders made after noon on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday (except Bank Holidays which will be the following Tuesday).
Standard delivery will take 2-3 working days following dispatch.
Express delivery will usually take 1 working day following dispatch.
Express deliveries to highlands & islands, NI and offshore UK will usually take 2-3 working days following dispatch.
