Elite Garden Rooms are made to order in the UK using the finest quality materials from sustainable sources. With the help of our knowledgeable team here at Homeleigh we can offer expert advice and design inspiration to help you create the perfect additional space. The Walton is available in a range of finishes including painted, cedar and maintenance free composite, our composite cladding comes with a 25 year guarantee. Felt tile roofing is included as standard on the Walton giving the building a very traditional look. Roof upgrades are available for either Cedar or Slate eco tiles. Our garden rooms offer a wide range of either UPVC or aluminium double-glazed windows to choose from so that you really can build the perfect space, just the way you want it. Internally the walls and roof are fully insulated with 50mm Rockwool insulation and then lined with white base coated MDF. The floor can be insulated as an option, while laminate flooring is included as standard in a choice of colours The Walton is a traditional apex style garden room offering a light and airy space with its extra roof height, helping you to really make the most of your outdoor space. Prices start from £6125 (8’x6’ painted with single door) Available in a large range of sizes (please ask for details) Installation is free of charge to UK Mainland subject to a suitable base. Please note: When measuring up for your garden room please allow 12 inches of clear space all the way around for painted or Cedar buildings and 24 inches of clear space all the way around for composite buildings to allow the installation team space to install your building. Standard shipping: covers all of UK (including highlands and islands, NI and offshore UK). No additional fees apply.

Express shipping: covers all of UK but additional shipping costs and delivery times apply to shipments made to Highlands and Islands, NI and offshore UK.

Delivery Time
Items are dispatched Monday to Friday and usually dispatched the day following the order.
Orders made after noon on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday (except Bank Holidays which will be the following Tuesday).
Standard delivery will take 2-3 working days following dispatch.
Express delivery will usually take 1 working day following dispatch.
Express deliveries to highlands & islands, NI and offshore UK will usually take 2-3 working days following dispatch.
