Wyevale Garden Club, Gift Cards and product returns
From 20th September, we can no longer accept Wyevale Gift Cards, Garden Club vouchers or provide refunds on products bought at this site prior to 20th September 2018. Below details some of the main questions raised:

What happens to my Garden Club membership after the sale/closure of my local centre?

  • Garden Club vouchers – from 20th September you’ll be able to use these vouchers at other Wyevale Garden Centres and online
  • Garden Club points – your points balance is saved in your Garden Club account and will not be affected by the sale/closure of a centre
  • Garden Club T&Cs – all terms, including the value of points to pounds, will not be affected by the sale/closure of any Wyevale Garden Centre

I have a Wyevale Garden Centres gift card. What will happen to it after the sale/closure of my local centre?

  • All Wyevale gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of issue can be used in any Wyevale store
  • To use the Wyevale gift card online (at wyevalegardencentres.co.uk) contact Wyevale with the gift card number who will convert this into an online code for your use

I have a faulty item and need a replacement/refund. Is this still possible after the sale/closure of my local centre?

  • Your statutory rights are not affected by the change in ownership. You can return something you’ve bought from Wyevale by taking it to any of their centres in its original packaging along with your proof of purchase
