? 5 STUNNING ROSES TO TRAIL OVER ARCHWAYS ?
The beauty of climbing and rambling roses is that they provide a profusion of colourful, fragrant flowers throughout the summer.  They’re also perfect for trailing over archways.
1  PERENNIAL BLUE
Perennial Blue is a repeat flowering climbing rose. Clusters of semi-double, mauve flowers look glorious against a backdrop of mid-green foliage. This variety has a subtle, pleasant scent.
2  PERENNIAL BLUSH
Perennial Blush is a medium-sized climbing rose. Its delicate pink/white flowers have two rows of petals with bright yellow pollen in the centre. Although the individual flowers are small, they blossom in bunches to create an attractive and sweet-smelling display, perfect for an archway.
3 MALVERN HILLS
A repeat-flowering rambler, Malvern Hills has double yellow blooms, with a light musky scent. They appear in large clusters in abundance throughout the summer months.
4 VEILCHENBLAU
Veilchenblau has large clusters of small semi-double, white-streaked, dark magenta flowers with an orange fragrance. Blooms appear in June and July against light green foliage. This variety loses its leaves in winter with fresh growth appearing in spring.
5 SUPER FAIRY
A rambling rose with fully double pink flowers.  Super Fairy is less vigorous in its growth than other rambling roses, making it ideal for trailing up an archway. Super Fairy produces abundant clusters of flowers throughout the summer.
